Dr. Hawa Alice Kun, DNP, FNP-BC
Founding Member, Healthcare Experts Advancing Liberia (H.E.A.L.)Dr. Hawa Alice Kun is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to healthcare, education, leadership, and community development. She is the CEO of Wholesome Care LLC, where she provides primary care and chronic disease management, and is also the founder and owner of Unique Health School, dedicated to educating and preparing future healthcare professionals.
A passionate advocate for improving healthcare in Liberia, Dr. Kun is one of the Founding Members of Healthcare Experts Advancing Liberia (H.E.A.L.). Through H.E.A.L., she is committed to supporting healthcare education, professional development, community health awareness, and initiatives that strengthen the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals in Liberia.
Her work is driven by a belief that sustainable change begins with education, collaboration, and empowering healthcare professionals to better serve their communities.

Salome Quirmolue, MSN, FNP- BC, RN-BC
Founding MemberSalome Quirmolue is a committed family nurse practitioner known for delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care with a calm, reassuring presence. She brings a strong clinical foundation to her work, paired with a deep belief in patient empowerment and education. Throughout her career, Salome has supported individuals and families across the lifespan, guiding them through preventive care, chronic disease management, and complex health decisions with clarity and compassion. Her practice is rooted in advocacy, cultural sensitivity, and whole-person wellness, making her a trusted partner in community health and a steady voice for accessible, high-quality care.

Kemah Clarke, FNP
Founding MemberKemah Clarke is a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner who values professionalism, family, community, and meaningful connections. She is known for being dependable, respectful, culturally sensitive, and committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
With a strong desire to continuously learn and grow, Kemah approaches both her professional and personal life with integrity, empathy, and a positive attitude. She enjoys bringing people together, supporting others, and creating meaningful experiences within her community.
As a healthcare professional, she is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves while promoting wellness, dignity, and respect for every individual.

Dr. Oretha Sogbie-Berko, DNP, PMHNP-BC, AGACNP-BC
Founding MemberDr. Oretha Sogbie-Berko, DNP, PMHNP-BC, AGACNP-BC is a Liberian-born healthcare executive, dual board-certified nurse practitioner, hospitalist, nursing professor, author, and entrepreneur. She is the co-owner of Pragmatic Health Services, an integrated primary care and mental health practice.
As one of the Founding Members of Healthcare Experts Advancing Liberia (H.E.A.L.), Dr. Sogbie-Berko brings extensive experience in clinical practice, healthcare leadership, education, and mental health. She is passionate about expanding access to high-quality, culturally responsive healthcare, strengthening the healthcare workforce, and promoting health education and mental health awareness.
Her commitment to Liberia remains central to her service, with a focus on advancing sustainable healthcare initiatives that improve the health and well-being of Liberians at home and throughout the diaspora.

Mrs. Juliet Parker-Serville, RN/BSN
Founding MemberMrs. Juliet Parker-Serville is a dedicated Registered Nurse, nursing educator, and healthcare professional with a strong commitment to advancing nursing education and quality patient care. She currently serves as the Program Coordinator at Unique Health School, where she plays an important role in supporting nursing students, coordinating academic activities, and helping prepare future healthcare professionals for successful careers in nursing.
A wife, mother, and lifelong learner, Mrs. Parker-Serville is currently pursuing her Master’s degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Her continued educational journey reflects her passion for professional growth, leadership, and service within the nursing profession.
As one of the Founding Members of Healthcare Experts Advancing Liberia (H.E.A.L.), Mrs. Parker-Serville brings dedication, compassion, and a strong commitment to strengthening healthcare education and the healthcare workforce. She remains passionate about empowering nurses and healthcare professionals and contributing to initiatives that improve healthcare outcomes in Liberia and beyond.

Dr. Jatu S. Karpeh, DNP, FNP
Founding MemberDr. Jatu S. Karpeh is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner, healthcare leader, and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare field. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing and owns and operates a medical clinic in Baltimore, Maryland, where she continues to serve patients with compassion and a strong commitment to improving health outcomes.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Karpeh is a wife and mother who remains deeply committed to service, leadership, and giving back to her community. Her passion for healthcare is rooted in a genuine desire to serve humanity and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
As one of the Founding Members of Healthcare Experts Advancing Liberia (H.E.A.L.), Dr. Karpeh brings her clinical expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and dedication to healthcare advancement to the organization. She is committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen healthcare delivery, promote education, and improve access to quality care for Liberians at home and throughout the diaspora.

Dr. Carolyn Woahloe, DNP, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC
Founding MemberDr. Carolyn Woahloe, DNP, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, healthcare leader, and co-owner and primary provider of CaroMas Healthcare Services, LLC in Saginaw, Texas. Her healthcare journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant and progressed through nursing and advanced practice, culminating in earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
Dr. Woahloe is also the Founder and President of the Liberian Nurses Association-DFW, an organization she has led since its establishment in 2014. She is also a Founding Member of Healthcare Experts Advancing Liberia (H.E.A.L.), where she contributes her clinical expertise, leadership, and commitment to advancing healthcare and strengthening healthcare professionals in Liberia and beyond.
Through her clinical practice and community leadership, Dr. Woahloe is passionate about preventive health, chronic disease management, health education, professional mentorship, and improving access to quality healthcare within underserved communities.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Woahloe is a devoted wife, mother, and woman of Christian faith. She remains committed to serving others, empowering healthcare professionals, and using her education, leadership, and personal journey to make a meaningful impact in her community and beyond.

Famatta Wright-Grabo, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC
Founding MemberFamatta Wright-Grabo is a Liberian nurse leader, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and healthcare executive with more than 17 years of experience in behavioral health, nursing, and developmental disability services. She currently serves as Director of Adults Healthcare Services for the Southeast Region at Amego Inc, where she provides leadership and oversight for healthcare services supporting children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.
As a Liberian healthcare professional, Famatta brings extensive experience in nursing leadership, behavioral health, and healthcare administration to her board service, with a commitment to strengthening healthcare and improving outcomes for Liberian communities.
